Providence is a pet friendly building, with some small restrictions like 1 pet per unit, with a weight no more than 5 to 8 kg and that is to keep the peace that all owners are looking for when they stay or live in Providence.

To enter these beautiful units they will have a keypad lock for easy access.

All condominiums will have 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, with an open concept Living/dine with a well equipped kitchen that includes most of the appliances and air conditioning. Also the units will have the installation for the internet.

There will be space for the dishwasher with plumbing installation if the owners choose to have one (dishwasher not included), these condos will have a nice terrace to enjoy with a glass of wine or even a tequila on the beautiful nights in town.

Each unit comes with one designated parking spot.

There will be Penthouses with their own private rooftops, left with all the installations to add your own hot tubs and outdoor kitchens. (Upgrade packages available).

Providence will have a modern rooftop equipped with beautiful outdoor furniture, fire pit, grills that you will be able to enjoy with family and friends but if you are looking to relax and bring your inner Zen there will be a designated area for yoga or meditation.

Remember living in Providence the most exciting life is just around the corner, you are walking distance to bars, local eateries, but if you are looking for fine dining, well we have that too with amazing restaurants guided by renowned chefs, but if your fancy is surfing well, you are 20 mins away from amazing surf areas, love fishing the San Jose del Cabo marina is 10 minutes away and so much more!.
