The highest rental income and the newest condos in Los Cabos area. 2 and 3 bedrooms condos on the beachside. Located right next to the new master planned community of Puerto Los Cabos.
Great amenities such as: swimming pool, gym, outdoor kitchen, concierge, property management on-site and miles of white sandy beaches. An investment to be enjoyed,this is a perfect place to spend a long warm winter. Club House under construction.
2. Las Mañanitas
Las Mañanitas is a beachfront condo complex located in the heart of San Jose del Cabo. Great for those who want to be close to everything: restaurants, shops, cafés, bars and activities. 3. El Zalate
