About Pescadero: An Oasis in Baja

Pescadero is located 10 km away from Todos Santos, its connectivity is either from Los Cabos airport or La Paz airport both are 100 km away and both routes are in very good conditions. It is best if you rent a car to drive yourself from the airport and while around.

Pescadero is located 10 km away from Todos Santos, its connectivity is either from Los Cabos airport or La Paz airport both are 100 km away and both routes are in very good conditions. It is best if you rent a car to drive yourself from the airport and while around.

Pescadero is divided in different areas, its commercial area is mostly on highway 19, and you can find there restaurants, coffee shops, gas station, pharmacy, auto parts shop, grocery stores and more.

Towards the east side of the highway is the town where most of it is residential even though there are few boutique hotels, restaurants, gym and community areas such as park, school and health center. Most of the community that live in it are locals but lately people from around Mexico that have arrived to live here as well and foreign also live around. There is still land available for sale in this area which is an established area already. Its roads are mostly not paved which gives the feeling of a really simple living but the roads that access the town are paved.

Towards the west part of the highway the neighborhood has a great blend of huertas, residential houses, few boutique hotels and some farm to table restaurants. The vibe is just so unique. All roads are not paved and there are tons of very mature mango trees while you drive around. It feels a pretty great connection with nature plus that the drive could finish on the beach. San Pedrito bay is the beach and the surf break name in the area. Sun sets are just fabulous. This area is getting pricy for its uniqueness, there is still land available for sale as well.
