First of all, i want to share a quick overview of the Real Estate Market in Cabo during this year.

In this report we can analyze that we have 3 types of properties; homes, condos and land. In order for you to fully understand the number i will explain the first line "San Jose del Cabo", where 181 homes, 253 condos and 144 pieces of land have been sold during this year 2021, with a total volume of $ is $622,679,698 millions of USD just in San Jose del Cabo.

Overall, the real estate market is doing great, right priced properties are selling fast, talking about that if you see something you really like, dont think it twice, a couple of weeks ago i personally did a showing of a very nice condo, buyers loved it the really did, they just wanted to check out other properties that for experience as agent, i know is nothing like the condo we just saw, but meanwhile property tours kept happening in that condo, so these first buyers went to check out other condos for like a week a part, then wanted to check out again the nice condo, but that nice condo got an offer while they were looking at other stuff, so no condo for them, i mean that really slipped away from them, the market is so active right now that this happens more often that i would like to admit.

So my recommendation for buyers out there that overthink, is that if you see something you like, just put an offer to it, sellers wait for no one but the first reasonable offer that comes in hand, and its now high season, so a lot of properties will be sold during November and December, probably the one you like too.
