As you leave San Jose del Cabo, you pass the Puerto Los Cabos Marina and the journey begins with untouched miles of sandy beaches. Escape to the Easty Cape.

Zacatitos

The first residential community, here residents like the beach lifestyle but still close to San Jose del Cabo and Los Cabos International Airport. Zacs bar serves food right in the middle of the Baja desert.

Playa Tortuga

Just like Zacatitos, still close to town. Here you feel more privacy and there are spectacular beachfront homes in this area. Coves, rocks and sandy areas make it a unique place along the East Cape. Lots might range from half acre to over an acre.

Shipwrecks and La Fortuna

Well renowned surf spots, there are no currently beachfront homes on the market. La Fortuna recently opened a sushi restaurant - Zai, enjoy surf views and great food. Next door you find Liebre Matrera, a beach bar serving nice cocktails and cold beer. Both locations offer a secluded beach and nice surf. In 9 Palms you find a nice hill with trails for hiking and mountain biking.
