So you want to buy a house or condo on a golf course in Cabo? Great news! Los Cabos is home to 19 golf courses and counting, many of which are ranked in the top 100 in the world. Los Cabos is the golf capital of Latin America with many courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio, Davis Love, and Tiger Woods. The only difficult part is narrowing down which course and community to live in. I will help narrow down that search with this article on golf course real estate in Los Cabos. Quivira Golf Course on the Pacific Ocean in Cabo San Lucas is nicknamed the Pebble Beach of Mexico. Houses and condos in this community can go from reasonable to ultra luxurious. Check out the communities of Mavila, Copala, Coronado, Alvar, or St. Regis if you are interested in golf-course living at its finest. For me, the best bang for your buck lies within the Copala community here. Buying real estate in Quivira also will provide a steady stream of rental income as people from all over visit the area just to play this Jack Nicklaus course.

Rancho San Lucas is another world-class course on the Pacific Ocean. This Greg Norman course is one of my favorites to play in the area and is a links-style golf course. Houses start around $800,000 and go up to $3 million for ocean-front villas. Rancho also offers townhomes in the $500,000 range. The peaceful oasis offers another option for someone looking to own a world-class course. The Grand Solmar resort also draws other visitors to this course as well. The Diamante Golf Club consists of two world-class golf courses. The Dunes course is the highest ranked course in Los Cabos and is designed by Davis Love III. Diamante also has a Tiger Woods-designed par 3 course which offers challenging approach shots. Diamante has some beautiful ocean-view villas. I am really excited about some new condos Diamante is launching soon that will be in the $500,000 to $900,000 range. Living in the Diamante community on the Pacific Ocean will surely not leave the avid golfer disappointed. There is plenty to do in this community and the salt water lagoon provides other activities for the family to do.

Puerto Los Cabos consists of 27 holes and was designed by Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman. PLC is a famous golf course on the Sea of Cortez. Located in San Jose del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos has a wide range of homes, condos and hotel resorts that anchor the area. The 7th hole on the Norman course is one of my favorite holes to play in Los Cabos. For someone looking to own on a golf course in San Jose del Cabo, Puerto Los Cabos is a solid option. Cora is a brand new condo development happening on the Club Campestre golf course in San Jose del Cabo. These condos will have the same unique design as the Viceroy residences with a phenomenal pool area. Located on the 18th hole of Club Campestre, these world class condos starting in the $440,000 range offer you breathtaking ocean views from a great Jack Nicklaus 18-hole course. These condos will provide great rental income for investment as there are a shortage of long term rental options in the San Jose del Cabo area.

The Four Seasons at Costa Palmas is one of the newest courses in Los Cabos and designed by Robert Trent Jones II. Costa Palmas lies on the East Cape of the Baja Peninsula and has fantastic views to the Sea of Cortez. The Four Seasons resorts anchor the area but there are many beautiful homes and lots for sale. Costa Palmas would be a great place to buy a lot and build a custom home to your liking on yet another world class golf course in the area.
