Puerto Los Cabos

Home buyers were looking modern homes within the gates in Puerto Los Cabos, and most the homes had Hacienda style. Now recently homes are designed with clean lines and contemporary attracting younger buyers.

Palmilla

New modern homes and condos are now available and pre-construction as well. A couple of developers are releasing the last available land in Villa del Mar.

Querencia

The new private beach club is under construction this upcoming summer. Aside from the Club House, the private beach club plans are really spectacular.

Costa Azul

The favorite spot for beachfront and location, great sales activity. Buyers like the beach and water activities including the surf spots. On the hillside, more families are looking for homes in La Jolla.

Fonatur (Hotel Zone)
