When we find the lot you like, we need to see the current land use (zoning) assigned. From here we can see what your building regulations are according to the municipality of Los Cabos. There are a wide variety of builders from Mexico, US and Canada, as the construction industry is well established due to luxury real estate in Los Cabos area. Location:
In a growing city like Cabo San Lucas, consider the area where you are buying, the surroundings and other developments when buying an ocean view lot make sure your view will not be obstructed in near future. Also how easy and fast is to get in and out to the main highway.
