New Highway From Cabo San Lucas to San Jose del Cabo

Our commercial division team recently made a research. They contacted the Director of Transport and Communications who provided us official information and we also found all the properties available (highway-frontage). I believe real estate is all about information.
The Ministry of Transport and Communications (SCT - Secretaria de Comunicaciones y Transportes) planned a new road connecting both towns on the mountain side. What are the main goals? Reducing heavy truck traffic, noise pollution, accidents and a better connection from Los Cabos Airport to Cabo San Lucas, Pacific Side, Todos Santos and La Paz.
Construction started on December 11th, 2011 and it's estimated to finish on April 2015.
The new inland highway runs from San Jose del Cabo to North Cabo San Lucas, a total of 30 kilometers (18 miles) that will be connecting with Highway 1 (Cabo Real and Cabo San Lucas Country Club).
