We have a few days to open escrow and wire the earnest money for the due diligence period. During this period deed and paperwork is reviewed by the buyer and an inspection could be done as well. At buyers satisfaction with the purchase the closing process begins. A closing agent will be in charge of managing escrow agreement and setting up a bank trust.
