The lower part of Las Aminas is indeed a sacred piece of land. With orange and mango groves,coconut palms,it presents a wonderful location for spas,organic gardens and retreat spots. It is hidden in an estuary which has an incredible water table, wherein one could easily divide into lots and set up small "green" houses.
This area is only 10 minutes away from the Marina, beach and San Jose del Cabo.
These lots will go quickly. My guess is that they will not even be available by this time next year
