Over 10 years experience doing business in the area
William graduated from the University of Texas and studied an MBA on the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Having started his career in Internet Marketing in New York City, where he assisted a successful IPO of a Startup Company that became the leading Internet Portal for Latin America, he then moved to Miami and México city to develop various TV and Internet projects.
In 2002 he was offered to lead the sales force for Pulte Homes Mexico, one of the largest residential developers in the world. He then moved to Baja California Sur where he fell in love with the area. After developing various successful projects and increasing his understanding of the market by selling thousands of properties and making millions of dollars in sales, he decided to create Baja Smart Real Estate.
With over 10 years experience doing business in the area, William has a deep understanding of Real Estate in Los Cabos, both the existing sites and the proposed new developments. Being able to speak English and Spanish fluently gives him access to local knowledge and allows him to have a great relationship with the authorities, professionals and investors in the area. However, William contributes the key to his success, to having a keen eye for finding Sales Agents and Collaborators, who are true professionals who share and support his vision for continued success and a long term commitment to continue to be the leading edge Real Estate company in Baja Sur.
